This is the moment when the fertilised flower begins to develop into a small fruit, marking the start of the bunch’s development. It is a delicate and crucial phase, in which factors such as temperature, wind and rain play a vital role. The vine constantly adapts to its environment and progresses, step by step, towards the harvest.
